Is myAko using Two-Factor Authentication?

Not at this time, although we do have plans to implement this soon.

You can upload the training record, and this will be stored on myAko and where applicable, update your compliance reports.

Our support is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm.

What happens if I make an event public?

Public events allow anyone in the organisation to bid for a place.

What happens if I need support outside of the regular hours?

Chat enquiries received outside of our support hours will be addressed the next working day.

What happens if a learner forgets their password?

Administrators and learners can reset passwords without being able to view the original encrypted passwords.

What happens to new joiners once I set my course assignment rules?

New joiners are automatically assigned courses based on their site and role when registered on the system.

The risk register allows you to monitor and manage risks across the entire organisation.

What should I do if I need a report that's not in the standard suite?

Simply contact us, and we can work with you to generate the required reports.
